A Parish Council can have many powers and duties but its principal
aim is to be of service to the community and as such its councillors who are
elected but not paid by the community are there to serve you. This service
is effected by the Clerk who manages the Council’s resources under instructions
from the Council. Often this means liaising with the District Council which
also provides many local services (see www.wokingham.gov.uk)
The Clerk can be contacted by email, telephone or letter and is happy to help
with local queries or point you in the right direction.
