Poor Train service Compensation
Dear All
Following the incredibly poor service of the last few weeks, FGW have today announced that they will be offering compensation to their season ticket holders.

I will be meeting Andrew Haines on 7 January and will raise the issues that many of you have written to me about in that meeting.
