Police are appealing for witnesses following an arson in Twyford yesterday (3/4).

At around 1.30am a silver Peugeot 106 was set alight in Hurst Road, Twyford.

PC Maggie Bruce, of Loddon Valley CID, said: “I am very keen to speak to two white men, aged between 18 and 19 years old who were seen in the area around the time of incident as they may have witnessed the fire and seen a white car driving away from the scene.

“I am also looking for any information in relation to suspicious purchases of petrol in Reading, Woodley or Twyford earlier in the evening.”
