Do you have a season ticket valid for one month or longer? Do you travel from Twyford? You must make your cliam from Monday 13 March until Saturday 25 March 2006. On the First Great Western Link website there is a statement

"Letter to Season Ticket Holders from Alison Forster, Managing Director

Alison Forster, Managing Director of First Great Western and First Great Western Link would like to apologise for the disruption to evening services on Wednesday 8 March.

The letter says

"....Holders of monthly, or longer, season tickets will be able to claim the proportional daily cost of the price of their season ticket. This cash refund will be available from ticket offices at First Great Western and First Great Western Link stations only from Monday 13 March until Saturday 25 March 2006. Please ensure you have your Season Ticket with you when you make this application....."
