Christmas Fair in Twyford

Twyford's annual Christmas Fair takes place on December 2nd from 6pm to 9pm. London Road will be closed from the traffic lights to near Jubilee Corner from 4pm until 10pm and the road will be lined with over 30 stalls selling a wide range of upmarket goods and food or providing games.

Twyford Scouts will be manning their popular BBQ and the Guides will have the tea urn going at full tilt. Entertainment will include a hot chestnut seller, barrel organ, stilt walker, unicyclist, the Maidenhead Concert Band, children singing carols and the Round Table Santa sleigh.

A number of the London Road, Twyford shops will remain open, along with Hodge Podge in Church Street for wonderful Christmas decorations and CrewPlus in Wargrave Road for the sale of leather clothes, accessories and bags.
